Anytime is a great time to stay at SMOKEY’S DEN. Spring will bring the new foliage and a variety of new sights and smells. Summer is a hot time to visit the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is the traditional time for friends and family to vacation. Just think, eating dinner like the Walton's once did. What memories!  With fall on our mountain come the vibrant red and gold colors of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Breath in the  crisp cool air, and   the smell from neighboring fireplaces during the cool evenings. Winter is truly an awesome time. At times there is snow and it is breathtaking and tranquil. If you like a truly quiet and easy going time, the winter is for you.

Daily Rate:

        Sunday thru Thursday - $315.00

        Friday and Saturday - $315.00

   Weekly - $2,170

Holiday - One week stay for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends are a 3-night stay. All other daily reservations are 2-night minimum.

Payment Methods – Personal Check, Travelers Checks, Money Order and or Wires

Deposits – A pre payment of 50% is due within 7 days after the reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival by Personal Check, Travelers Cheque or Money Order and or Wire

Cancellation & Return Policy – Deposits are refunded it notified within 30 days of your arrival date, less $100 cancellation fee

Cleaning Fees - A one time cleaning fee of $175.00

Occupancy Taxes –  Taxes 8% to North Carolina and 5% to Rutherford County. Total of 13%

Check-in and Departure – Check ins are 4:00PM and departure is by 11:00.
